participants progress through required and
desired training courses. Tracking is
accomplished in a variety of ways eliminating
the paperwork burden to the Supervisor.

confirmed and verifiable training records,
certifications and licensing for regulatory
review.
The system has the ability provide current
status via dashboard based and summary
reporting.
The system is proactive with little input
required from supervisors to provide alerts
for deficiencies in training by providing
30,60,90 day exception reports .
The system challenges the participant to
succeed in learning through a positive
feedback loop.
The content has passed a regulatory review
and is current with regulatory changes.
