SSS’ system comes complete with a fundamental
audit tool complete with regulatory reference.
Modules exist for OSHA, DOT and “limited” EPA
compliance. Audits conducted in this system are
scored against regulations and/or company best
practices. Management reports by company
hierarchy or subject matter are available. This
element of the application can be customized to
meet specific client needs.
SSS also employs safety professionals capable of
performing facility audits for compliance with
regulations and best practices.
SSS’ analytical tools enable the user to
identify trends, build action plans and track
changes over time. SSS safety professionals will
as a part of the overall service plan, analyze
data and report findings to management and the
audit committee.
SSS’ system automates OSHA recordkeeping by
location, updating OSHA logs monthly.
SSS’ account management team will analyze audit
and compliance data to identify deficiencies.
SSS employs full-time compliance auditors who
continuously audit and report on findings for
OSHA, DOT, MSHA and EPA compliance purposes.
These audits include: driver qualification
files, driver files for non-regulated drivers,
OSHA logs and facility records, RTW and
restricted work cases, medical-only cases,
reportable DOT incidents and other
client-directed audits. |
